I believe Brent Spiner had already signed on and Maika Monroe. Of course we changed things when we started filming, but it was pretty polished by the time that I got to it.īROWN: Were other people already signed on? They just wanted some character choices to be made and stuff like that. It was pretty close, but there was a still a lot of actor input that needed to be done. The script they had when I had met everyone was still not the final script. They had been doing it for about four or five years. Doesn’t get more casual than that.īROWN: Did they have the script and everything finalized? I know that they were working on it for a long time. USHER: No, but I sent him a ticket to the premiere! That’s all he really wanted.īROWN: That’s the nice kind of Hollywood story.
